This course is for students who are looking for a career in health, social care or early years and who want to develop skills that are directly relevant. Students will develop the ability to work independently and effectively. It will enable a student to build up skills and knowledge in these vocational areas either to continue studying at college or university or to start work.

The course is 100% coursework based, with practical demonstrations and hands on first aid and practical care, teacher led presentations, student presentations research by students in care, health and early years settings, reports and investigations and one to one tutoring of students.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
PROGRESSION
Students can progress to employment in Health, Social Care or Early Years or progress to Further or Higher Education (degree level) qualifications in one of these specialist areas.
