| How to Apply |
| |
|
| 1. |
Send us your completed application form and copies (not originals) of your educational certificates and school/college reports. State clearly which course and subject you want, as they appear in the website/prospectus. |
| |
|
| 2. |
We will consider your qualifications and suitability for the chosen course and career stated. We will do this within 5 working days. If you do not have the necessary qualifications, we will offer you a more appropriate course, and send you the course details. |
| |
|
| 3. |
We will send you a provisional offer stating your course title and the start and finish dates, and request a deposit. This can be paid by a friend or relative in the UK, or by banker's draft or electronic transfer (in this case add GBP10 to the deposit amount): eg tuition fee GBP2700, deposit GBP1350, add £10, total deposit GBP1360.
Let us know if paying by electronic transfer so we can send you the appropriate form. With electronic transfer, fax us a copy of the payment advice immediately, stating clearly the name of the student, to avoid delay in processing. |
| |
|
| 4. |
On receipt of the deposit, we will send you an acceptance letter to enable you to apply for a visa. (See section on ' Applying for a Visa '). |
| |
|
| 5. |
When you receive your visa, you will need to transfer your tuition fee to us via electronic transfer or by bankers' draft. Also send us your accommodation application form, if you want us to help you find somewhere to live (we can only do this once you have paid the fee).
* The deposit is only refundable if you are refused a UK study visa, and you send us a copy of the Refusal Notice. Refunds will not be given once you have entered the UK. An administrative fee of £200 applies to refunds. |
